Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Reservations

  • Reservations can be made online or by phone.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total booking amount is required to secure a reservation.

  • The balance of the booking amount is due upon check-in.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time is 12:00 PM.

  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date will not receive a refund of the deposit.

  • No-shows will not receive a refund of the deposit.

Exceptions

• The cancellation policy may be different for certain types of bookings, such as group bookings or bookings made during peak season.

• The cancellation policy may also be different if the hotel is unable to accommodate your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances.
